Hey guys

Got a bf f6

Looking at either getting Coilovers or new shorter shocks and springs plus sway bars

Which would be the best way to go ?

Will be doing Afew track days this year so want something that will be good street and track

Bilstein shocks and king springs.

Recently put the the Bilsteins in my car, with Kings SL front and SSSL rear. Best thing I ever did. Ride is fantastic and chases corners like no tomorrow.

Have only had them in my car for about 3 weeks and would consider it the best thing I have done.

Stock XA's would be a little soft spring rate wise for track work, but you can get firmer springs for them.

I'm not sure, definitely the fg's, not 100% on the b series, I think the old ones were 6kg per (whatever) and the new ones are 8kg.
