  1. Im considering the same change from my XR. Have read plenty of reviews saying how good they are and must admit I am a big fan. Do you use as a daily? And is it liveable?
  2. Last time I bought mine from e-bay. St George Tyres Sydney. Really good price compared to what most of the places around Melbourne wanted. I did get them fitted at mswt.com.au in Derrimut and the blokes there told me that they get them, and get them quite cheap. You could try there, not sure of pricing though.
  3. I have a HDI cooler kit that I have just removed off my car that I'm looking to move on. PM if you might be interested.
  4. It's very close to the hard line, not much room in there.
  5. Got a bit of daylight today after work so got it all fitted up. Fitted up alright after a bit of trial and error, might only run into problems if/when I run a plumb back BOV. With the GFB venting one I have I could just cap the return hole. Thanks everyone for the reassurance that it would fit.
  6. Thanks for your help guys, will fit up on the weekend and post a few pics.
  7. Ha yeh needs a wipe off. Thanks mate, it looks like my breather and BOV return are in different spots to yours!! The best fit had the BOV return so close to fuse box I couldn't even fit a cap on it.
  8. Thanks Henz, they are side by side on there site also. Stazza-Brendan a Pic would be good, when I fitted it up they BOV return was tight against the fuse box.
  9. Hi all, Ordered a 4 inch intake the other day, received it today. It just doesn't look right. All the pics I can find including on here and on there web site show the BOV and breather next to each other. As above mine are offset, that aint right yeh? Its not just me? Tried to fit it and there is just no way it will work. Anyone have one that can put my mind at ease.
  10. Just had a look at mine, it is recessed in the throttle body but no hole right through. Not sure why or if that could be the problem.
  11. Mate, that looks amazing. Love it, the FG front bar looks good and those wheels are horn!!!
  12. Looks fantastic, love the originality. 50k is a small price to pay for that kind of custom work.
  13. Bilstein shocks and king springs. Recently put the the Bilsteins in my car, with Kings SL front and SSSL rear. Best thing I ever did. Ride is fantastic and chases corners like no tomorrow. Have only had them in my car for about 3 weeks and would consider it the best thing I have done.
  14. Thanks for the info lads, Super pro it is, looks like I'll be doing all the bushes at once. Sounds like the labour costs wont be to much fun!!
  15. Hey guys, Have just installed my new Bilsteins so its time to give some of the bushes some TLC. My rear end on my BA is quite loose and on inspection one of the bolts on the inner rear lower control arm was extremely loose, so I want to replace the bushes on both sides as I'm assuming they are warn and causing the problem. Has anyone done these? Are these easy to do or do they require pressing? What have people used? Nolathane or Super Pro? Thanks, Matt.
  16. I have the fibresports DJR on my car. It bolts directly to the factory holes.
  17. Yep, 255's will fit on the rear. I have run them on my car without any worries.
  18. It's is really easy to do, did just change mine recently. !. Disconnect your battery, don't want any air bag accidents. 2. There are 2 screws which hold the airbag in place, you will need to half turn your wheel from centre to be able to get at them. 3. Once these are out, you can remove the airbag, diconnect the airbag cables and put to one side.. 4. Ensure that your wheel is straight and then it should just slide straight off. Don't try remove if wheel isn't straight it will NOT budge. 5. Put new wheel on, and put everything back as it come off. Hope that helps,
  19. Would be very interested, but it would depend on a rough date as to when this would happen that would be the deciding factor.
  20. Thanks for the feedback lads, Bout 1000 - 1500 ks it is. Pick the car up on friday arvo, looking forward to no clutch slipping that's for sure.
  21. Hi all, have just fitted a new Mal Wood Option 3 clutch kit to my XR6T, What im asking is do I need to do anything to run the clutch in so to speak? Or will it just be right to go, not for brutal punishment but some hard driving?
