At 10lbs you probably dont need them.

mate mine died on stock power and at 70,000kms. Get atomic, rapid or crow and fitting should be around the $600 mark somewhere. I got atomics supplied and fitted for $945.

My nizpro springs have gone soft, looks like crow 1809-24 are the way to go for $372 a set

yep crow and the matching retainers are the goods $440 supply

I use crow in my car, had the the nizpro ones but went soft. atomic is another good one to look into

they were put in the motor in nov 2010, started playing up last november 2011
