I can see where you're coming from dillz but why would you go through sooo much running around, phone calls, stress, f*ck arounds, waiting and money for something you can do easily on a stock FG F6 engine with valve springs thrown in to 'play it safe'. Just do a manual conversion in the G6E!

what he said ^ get the zf done by that wa mob who did qik 1 and t-freak. shouldnt need to at your power level. surely it must be a faulty box.

Strengthening the ZF won't make any difference to the heat exchanger. That's where his problems have comes from.

Going manual is a lot more than you think, pedals,tailshaft,different diff ratio,gearstick,oil reservoir, don't know if missing anything else, Ratter would know. Do manual's have a different tune to auto's?

Also turning it into a manual is an expensive exercise and devalues the car significantly.

Just ditch the heat exchanger all together and go with a transcooler..
