Do the F6's and G6ET's use the same fuel pump?

What's the difference in size between injectors, F6 v G6ET

I'm 99% certain they use the same fuel pumps and 75% certain the F6 has bigger injectors, but I'm not too sure on that one.

#13

Not sure about the fuel pump but the F6 has 440cc injectors where as the xr has something like 300cc

The F6 cooler looks great though. Are they expensive?

#15

Bout $1200 I think from Ford

#16

Oh, not cheap then. Typical. Go with an aftermarket one then. Cheers.

If you could score an F6 I/c for the right price (say $2-300) surely it would be a worthy upgrade??

I have heard stories of certain TMU officers (traffic cops) knowing the colour of stock injectors therefore anything else in there = defect. F6 injectors could be another upgrade for someone who wants to reach 300kw but doesn't want to go all out.

For sure. I'd be happy with F6 performance. Are you saying the F6 injectors are the same colour as ours, therefore legal?

#19

Wadda ya mean happy with f6 performance, afaik the fastest basically stock FGt's are a XR6 and G6E

Cops don't know jack, they know the injector colour, so it's never ever changed? None of their business, a massive pod is a different story.

You've lost me. Stock XR6t and F6Et are as quick(powerful) as stock F6?!
