ive been waiting on the latest issue to see what the aussie cars can do

disappointed much..

how do they test the 1/4 mile times on these things?

Uphill in the wet taking off in 3rd?

I know they use VBOX but seriously FFS a 400+ rwkw car doesn't run 12's

and wtf was up with the FG F6 with $40million in mods almost and putting out a bullsh*t 280rwkw

seriously should have left it at home and not embarrassed yourself

I dont know but a night meet at the drags and track times would be awesome, when me and my mate talk numbers its track 1/4 mile times, not what we did on a sh*tty vbox on some f*cking road somewhere

Exactly MexicanBatman I'm 100% with you on this why the hell do they really do it! to prove that imported cars ( with a sh#t load of money) can take aussie cars down! The people who run the dam thing should of used one of, or most member's cars here on the forum and put them to shame Then see how imported cars really stackup :O

I read that all yesterday and I thought it was a bit odd. The BTA car had a problem and was down on boost. You could see by those mods it had probably had plenty of power, Don't think it would have won many sections but it would have made the most power for sure.

I watched the vids on the drag racing, can't see why they didn't use a track this time? and again this year it was raining so everything high powered looks like a big waste of money.

Yeah I was out there that day when they ran all the 1/4 miles. WSID was still closed due to track work so they had to use the uphill main straight at the track and it was damp. So I'd say most of the times were way off. I saw the bta car run an 11.4 recently at WSID.
