But yer we have Ratten signed for 2 or 3 years. He may still get it done, but it could be sped up a lot with an experienced coach. As for needing a dominant forward, why? Most the teams dont have one. We had 11 or 12 goal scorers on thurs night. Waite kicked 5, judd 3, garlett 3, kruezer 2 or 3, a bunch of 2s. Our leading goal kicker is yet to return, Walker. Betts finished with 50 goals last year. There is plenty of avenue for goal, it makes it very hard to defend against. I wonder what our score sheet would have looked like if every inside 50 was directed to fevola. We had no success with him, yes he was a great player but I think we are more dangerous this way. In the end, stop Fev and we lost. The team hardly knew what to do without him. Its kinda sad when you practically have only one avenue towards goal.Ps.
