THCOOK Member 58 Member For: 17y 2m 24d Gender: Male Location: sydney Posted 29/02/12 07:58 AM Author Posted 29/02/12 07:58 AM I will champ all in good time .Had a hearing today and the person basicly said that he will take no responsability for the rag in the engine and said that it is not the reason for the engine giving way nor is the blown turbo cased by the oil supply being blocked from this rag. This is going to be delt with in a court in 6 weeks and a decision will come out of it just ave to make sure all my evidence is up to date because its up to me to prove he is at fault . Photo's ,reports service history so on. ill even wheel the engine in peices into the court room to prove my point. This *beep* is not going to get away with this.

THCOOK Member 58 Member For: 17y 2m 24d Gender: Male Location: sydney Posted 01/03/12 10:06 AM Author Posted 01/03/12 10:06 AM that's right im out of pocket a engine rebuild and a turbo rebuild both done properly so you work out the $$$$$

You opted to rebuild with new upgraded bits so you'll have to cover the difference?Just looking at possible outcomes, hopefully you get it sorted though, keen to hear the full story and see the pics!!
