Floor Mat Clips

Does anyone know if the little hooks for floor mats are covered under warranty?

I doubt it, considering they aren't factory

Yes they are! They were a factory option with the car. The car is still less than 12 months old

Factory option, like my sunroof that is a factory option but being fixed by wabosto

And things as floor mats, head light protectors, sports bars, weather shields and others are actually fitted at the dealer and not the factory

Theyve broken off. I haven't inspected them, partner had a look when he was in the car last.

Even if you don't get floor mats the hooks are still there, from the factory. The mats are installed later.

I spoke to ford service. They originally said it would count as fair wear and tear. I said really the car is only 10 months old... He said come down and he'll give me new clips

My f6 has the clips in the mats but not the carpet. Pain in the butt

Same, I have the holes in my drivers mat, but nothing in the carpet. always slides forward and catches on the accelerator pedal!
