It seems to be too small and any decent volume seems to get the thing distorting. Has anyone had similar concerns and gone an upgrade??Keen to hear back.Cheers

You'll want 4 decent splilts and a decent sub amp combo to make it half decent. I'd do the sub/amp first (as the stockies are woeful) then add the splits when ya can. That's my plan of attack.
