This way you get choice of repairer, you can work directly with the repairer for the best repair (not a faceless inurance company who prefers second hand and aftermarket parts) and you can even include a hire car in the claim. Plus *insurer* wont put a black mark against your name for making a claim.OK. Anyone know if any of the forum sponsors provide this 'direct service'?ws
