I have fitted some new gear and had a tune but don't know my power output because the dyno is not calibrated yet so maybe you guys can help me work it out :)

I was putting out around 270rwkw with standard injectors and doing 12.8s at the drags.

BF Mk2 2007 sedan ZF 6speed

New mods are:

60lb Dekas

Walbro 255l/h high pressure pump

12.7psi actuator

82'c Thermostat

Enlarged port waste-gate

Process west crossover pipe

Custom pipe from HDi intercooler to throttle body (made myself from aluminium)

Cut away front, lower part of air intake box

Tuned to 16psi peaking at 18

Standard exhaust

I find the wheels will light up in second by planting my foot almost anywhere in the rev range on all road surfaces and on some sealed surfaces in third. It's pretty savage compared to before.

I will post some times after next weeks drags. Traction could be an problem now.

One issue I'm getting that I didn't get before is the 'abs' light seems to come on for an instant occasionally and there seem to be stabs of power loss (usually as I break traction). Not sure what it is yet but I'm looking into it. I'm guessing plenty of XR6T owners have had this issue before.

nice work. Should piss in the 300's.

I ran 398rwkw without tuning starting and mods dropped my thread from the 400rwkw category. Feel the gold donation love...

Is the ABS light coming on when you're braking hard from 100+?

Does the TC light come on when the power is cut?

for the abs light, try press in hard the plug underneath the passanger seat in the middle of the chair towards the car door. turn car off/on and see if it goes away.

Yeah, I thought about it but I would have to get the car certed if I did that. Thanks for the suggestion though.

I think I solved my other issue, I just leave the TC off (and the DSC which turns off at the same time, apparently) and it doesn't seem to play up.

Yeah, standard cat. My actuator should handle cat removal but I will wait and see if I need to. I will post my time in my sig after next friday's drags. The boost comes on plenty savage but there are no roads around here where I can keep my foot in it at speed without the tyres frying up :)
