I figured the change in aerodynamics would freak the computer and give me a check engine light, I was suprised when the tune checked out ok! phil545 Member 47 Member For: 15y 8m 16d Posted 01/02/11 01:04 AM Share Posted 01/02/11 01:04 AM I removed mine when I fitted an aftermarket GT bonnet, the cabin is a bit noisier now and I can hear the extractors more but as someone said we mostly trying to make our cars louder so go for it. Plus with the stereo up you dont notice it anyways. Hasnt affected the paint or GT bulge stripes and my extractors are unshielded so my engine bay temp is probably quite high and hence so is the bonnet but all ok :-) Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/72803-under-bonnet-sound-deadener/page/2/#findComment-1077198 Share on other sites
