Theres a member on this forum who was just recently selling parts...he had some sort of smokey tinted tail lights....looked awesome! however cannot find his profile to ask him where he got them from...........anybody seen these or a similar pair and know where to get them??? Clear tails just dont do it for me :turboboink:

can get the tint from autobarn. its called "night shades" just gotta be careful not to put too many coats on cause the lights always look darker when you put them back on the car.

and try to paint the INSIDE of the lense (may have to seperate light housings depending what lights your doing), becuase nite shades tint is a matt color, and when painted on the outside of the car, looks sh*thouse.

the only other method is to paint the outside, then get some quality clear-coat sprayed over the top.

And remember to keep an eye on your rear mirror when you hit the brakes as the tinted taillights don't exactly light up too well for the people behind you...

Mine light up better then normal especially in sunlight and high glare.

A mate of mine took out the rear lights wrapped the whole thing in a stocking and fitted it back.. LOL did the job but lookes wierd
