I have this issue 2 days ago my drivers seat started sqeeking as I sat in it, now once im in its fine untill today it now sqeeks as my weight moves around due to the car moving.

as u can imagine this extremly painful to listen to haha im probably a bit ocd bout noises and sqeeks any help would be awesome as im bout ready to go buy a new seat (which I dont really want to)

also on another note any one know who can retrim the seats to accompany a larger person (in perth and who knows theyve done it before)

ive noticed the right side cushion has pretty much colapsed an its just becoming a joke crybaby.gif

cheers,

My seat started squeeking too and there is movement especially when im braking...not sure if it's a seat frame issue or a rail issue etc...let me know how you go about solving this problem as it is very annoying...

Guys,

There's an old TSB on this seat creaking issue.

Check this out: http://www.fordxr6tu...at&fromsearch=1

Hope this resolves your issue!

Good luck

this is a great help and if it works its well worth it im about to upgrade to a new seat so if this fixes its all alot cheaper and easyer haha

do u kno if ford are required to fix this out of warranty?

Great timing on this post: "my name is Veva and I have been squeaking for 6 months" !

Now I will have my recently ex Ford Mech Mate help me sort the job using beer currency!
