Just ordered a 50th Anniversary Sedan (manual in Nitro with mudspats, h/duty towbar, tint, boot liner and alarm). Deal depends on them sourcing a manual in Nitro - not making 50th any more and only a few Nitros left.

Can anyone tell me if the Perimeter Alarm has it's own siren and proper chirps on open/close or does it just use the car horn? Website says it has battery backup but doesnt say about siren and of couse the dealer has NFI. If it is just the horn I will delete this and look aftermarket.

Help appreciated.

when I left a door open, its the horn that goes off.... as for perimeter alarm... didnt know it had anything as fancy as that ! :dontknow:

Factory alarm gets its own siren - located just in front of the dual horns under the RHS headlight.
