Driving home on fwy, go to overtake a ss with chev badges of course, big bang out of exhaust then wheelspin. That looked really good to tell the truth, slow down engine ok put foot down again now boosting to 20psi. Tune is set at 14psi get home check all hoses turbo, acuator, solenoid, all hoses still on, tuner can't see me till thursday so have to stay of boost. Really hard to do now with that power, any 1 have any idea's to what could be problem checked everything it's all ok any idea's?

Mods are cooler,60pound injectors,cai,tune,12psiacuator 3 1/2 dump, 200cpsi cat 2 1/2 twin right back 313rwk safe tune. Looking at getting manual boost controller, my tuner is on holidays for another 4 weeks. People say stay of boost when driving, but that's hard to do now that I got the taste for that sort of power. Plus he knows the car that well that I don't want to use anyone else. Any ideas any one? They told me to bring it in thursday for another tuner to look at it, but he's only been there 2 weeks so that's why im waiting for my tuner to return. Once I get to know sumone I stick with them.

did it suddenly happen or did you change something in the intake piping or exhaust? is your wastegate ported? that is the usual cause of over boost

Try hooking up the hose from he front of the turbo straight onto the wastegate so then you know its all mechanical and its nothing to do with a sticky solenoid and if it still over boosts then its the wastegate not opening or you need it ported if you havnt already..
