BF rail just needs the hats (FG is probably a direct fit?) and EV1 to USCAR adaptor....piece of cake.

Yeah mate, direct fit.

I have the above injector in a 6cyl application. I just bumped up the base fuel pressure to 75psi to get my 65lb/hr desired fuel flow. If you just bumped pressure up 8psi you would get your 60lb/hr. There should be some scallers in the ECu that could be programmed to account for this. THe easier path to go is just put in the ID1000s as others have been there done that. Bumping up fuel pressure requires a bit of mucking around with FPR and pumps.

The ebay seller just stuffed up a perfectly good set of injectors.

52lb/h Bosch GT500 with EV6 / USCAR Connector [0280158117] - $53.99 : Muscle Motors - Bosch Distributor!, Got Muscle?

http://www.boschdealer.com/specsheets/0280158117cs.jpg

This is the calibration summary for the 0 280 158 117 apparently, however it is actually the calibration summary for the Ford Racing M-9593-G302. http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts/ics/m-9593-g302.pdf Im not sure the exact bosch part number for the M-9593-G302 however if you look here EGO states the 0 280 158 117 is the M-9593-G302 http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=69522. He probably bought them from FRP and got the number off them?

Most injectors are rated at 3 bar (43psi) as ratter said but FPR state it @ 39.15.

Providing they are an unmodified EV14 injector they will be easy to tune :-)

Thanks for the links. I was confused as the only data sheets I could find were for the Ford Racing injector M-9593-G302 which looks different, but apparantly they must be the same. Assuming the ones I receive next week have been unmodified that is, and have 6 holes of equal size, spacing and diameter.

Just a quick note to say I received the 52lb Bosch EV14's from Tuffcarparts today. They all seem fine will 6 uniform holes of the same diameter. The customer service I received was excellent, and they were more than happy to exchange the items. Unfortunately I had not read the orginal ebay ad closely enough, which always advertised the 60lb's as a modified (custom injector), I.e. not as factory, but am now happy with the outcome.
