With this you just risk damaging the motor by making it work in a way it was not supposed to. The whole point of the custom tune is to set the parameters of the vehicle that work with the mods you have done and make it safe. A well custom tuned car does just not break everything in the driveline for the hell of it. IMO if stock is not quick enough stuff the warranty and get it modified.
