Hi all, I am looking to upgrade my dash cluster from my Luxury pack version ( Dual Zone ) to a new fpv version( Dual Zone version). As the FPV one is new, what happens when you replace the new one. Will the original mileage show on the cluster? If you don't reprogram the cluster to the original mileage. What happens? Will the dash still work correctly and not show any error lights??? I am not looking to sell the car ever.. As long as it works I will be happy?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated..

you have to reprogram the cluster to get the mileages up to date

Odometer is cluster dependent, you may still get warning lights depending on what features are on the new cluster compared to your car, example, traction, dsc etc. Also the fuel gauge may not indicate correctly as there are different fuel maps loaded into the cluster depending on whether its a sedan, wagon, ute or territory and also whether its petrol, or lpg.

Hope that helps.
