My 1 week old 55k XR6 Turbo's climate control has Sh*t itself - NOT HAPPY JAN. All working fine until today, No air coming from the floor vents and no air coming out of the rear vents. Back to the dealer next week!!!!

Has anyone else had this problem?

One of the biggest problems I see with Austrailian built cars,regardless of brand is the build quality. The FG is a vast improvement on previous model But I had the same issue with my 06 BF Fairmont!!!

I must say though I LOVE MY XR Turbo, she is a beast and likes to go fast. Really enjoying Driving again

The other day my drivers side face vent stopped working, every other vent is fine. Really weird.... Gotta take it into Ford to get them to take a look (and replaced the blown sub..)

I think this is a fully self contained system. They'll probably replace the whole assembly. It drops out from behind the glove box if I recall. If that's all that goes wrong with your FG be thankful. They are the best Ford I have had for lack of problems - touch wood!

Yes! I picked up mine 2 weeks ago brand new and same problem!! Exactly the same! I took it to the dealer today and they say they havnt heard of it yet... BULLsh*t!

I also have a clicking sound coming from somewhere....

Ive got a similar issue.....cant change the passenger temp (always hot), and only blows air on the windscreen

Known issue with a particular batch of HVACs (or something like that). Into the dealer for a replacement for you.

please dont tell me that means pulling my dash apart?? I really cbf taking it back there in another 1000kms to complain about all of the rattle's that are a result of pulling my dash apart

depending on the fault you may get away with a hard reset of the HIM, or just a HIM replacement (neither of which require dash out. HVAC does - its almost the first thing that goes in.
