Stupid question....but why's that?

One between the turbo and the intercooler and one between the intercooler and the Inlet manifold. Was told to do so by Tubo supplies in Townsville . Seems to work okay . see photos one under each guard .

do you have a large psi drop thought your intercooler that's the only reason I can see you'll need two bov's

or your running more boost than the turbo is good for, from what I've seen having a little boost left over isn't going to damage a Ported shroud compressor like yours.

I assume by turbonetics 850 your refering to the gt-k 850 turbo with a T4 0.81 A/R exhaust housing... at what kinda flow would that housing run out of puff on our size engines?

something else to consider is that the turbo is only rated to 850 engine hp = roughly 630rwkw which is about 500rwkwish at the wheels. granted your using 109 octane fuel but allowing for dyno and engine variations... see where im going with this rant??

If you cant get the car to Dave at Blueboost, dont think twice about taking it down to the Goldy and seeing Kent at Hi Torque. They have done so many 500rwkw plus turbo Fords in 2009 they must know what they are doing. Not many workshops in QLD have pumped out as many last year as they did. Proof is in the pudding!

.81 housing on these cars would be a HUGE restriction, with any sized turbo.

that's what I would have thought mic. From what I was aware the gt-k 850 comes standard with a .81 ex housing unless it was changed by john up here.
