Checked the cat out and was fine too, so gets them out of the elimination process. Still have to get the mechanic to check the actuator and solenoid.

If it doesnt fix it, then you can go searching. If you just "clean" the solenoid and don't replace it, you can never really rule it out as the source of the problem.

When I first fitted my walbro intank pump I used normal fuel hose and it split within a month losing fuel pressure, the car took heaps longer to come onto boost as it was lean as (well over 17.1) but with no pinging and I didn't notice it unless flooring it as it just felt sluggish with normal driving! It was checked by Blueboost with his wideband O2 sensor back in the day.So could be blocked filter or dying fuel pump or hose as mine was?
