rear left, rear right, front left then front right. Basically start furthest from the master cyclinder and work your way back in

Give Motorcycle Accessories Supermarket (MCA) on Parramatta Rd a call. They have a 1 man brake bleeding fixture for $7.95 that makes brake bleeding soooo easy. Or, here is the link.... http://www.mcas.com.au/_product.php?section=2&prodid=9003

Attach it to the caliper, undo the nipple, make sure master cylinder is full and simply cycle the brake pedal. Once bled, then tighten nipple. I had all 4 calipers done in under 20 minutes. Marvellous. Also, get a dedicated metric brake nipple spanner so that you don't round off the bleed nipple.

The hose it comes with is a little bit short, so get a longer one and this will make the job even easier.

Have a mate in the drivers seat to pump the brake peddle, once the brake peddle has reached pressure unscrew the nipple so that the fluid flows out and get your mate to continue to apply force to the peddle, once the peddle has reached the bottom, screw up the nipple up and have your mate pump the peddle again to achieve pressure. Do this until there is no more air (air pockets)coming out of the nipple. 5 or so times should do it for each brake.

Repeat for each brake and make sure that the master cylinder doesnt loose fluid so keep it topped up with new fluid.

Seemed to have worked for my mates commodore.

I bought this great looking Vacum brake bleeding kit from BEPCO the other week.

It has a handle that you squeeze that creates a Vacum. It attaches to your bleed nipple with a bottle that collects the old fluid. You crack the nipple and can do a one man brake bleed. I can never find anyone around when I need them.

Cost $100, its from China but the quality of this thing is impressive. The Chinese are the reason for low inflation around the world.

Havn't used it yet but would recomend this tool. Has a few patents attached to it. It can be used anywhere where you need to create suction.
