Yep that's it. I'm sure there are some real d!cks that drive xr's as well but being that its a xr sight we dont see that side of things too much. Apart from the obvious culprits that stick there heads out & make it abit hard to miss.

I think he worded it specifically so that "sinking the boot in" doesn't seem so illegal. No mention of a race, just accelerated away from the lights and "laughed" indicating that he won the not-race.

Also, no mention of the bogan accelerating. I think he is in the clear of condoning street racing.
