It's been off the road for a while now hasn't it?

Has it taken a while to get the gearbox or was it sent away to get an adapter plate etc made and is finally ready now?

Sounds as though it will be a lot tougher. It needs to be, a little birdie told me about your driving and the flogging you gave it at supercruise.

This meet is good timing for you then!

My axles didn't break on Wed night, only had 5 runs but it's a good start. I took it pretty easy on them, I dont think there was even any smoke in the burnouts...lol. I've got to slowly build confidence in them.

At least you can take it on the chin!

He'd want to look after you, going by the mods you've had done.

that's a pretty fair assumption - It will be a question of how far into the nines that will be interesting. The mexicans have been leading the pack for too long now!

Confidence plus there.

About time we had a 9 here...and it's going to be the quickest one by the sound of it.

What turbo are you running on it now?

Yeah - we are super confident in the engine package - that's what we have been working on for the last 6 months. The challenge is the driveline and rear end. The car is still running the standard rear end and is full weight so there will be some stresses back there that may not be able to cope....but there is only one way to find out eh. Im not gunna talk it up too much until we get some times down, otherwise its all just talk.

The car is running a GT47 now.
