well makes we wonder now....maybe the same as early model falcons......When fitting lowered fronts springs the taller spring which was always about half a coil taller was marked d/s...Pat can you check tomorrow if the same with late model springs....

yeah my king springs had no markings to show the drivers side spring they were both the same.. as I no one is supposed to be marked D/S.. with the pedders they are the same height and dose not matter what side they are put on.. made a big difference to the height as it does not scpape the guard anymore :beerchug: maybe I got 2 passenger side springs??

Bleh. I'll just put it down to quality Aus Ford manfacturing I think.

Has anyone tried replacing the rear control blade bushes with Super Pro or the like as yet, is it worth doing?

well I know about trucks and the d/s springs were all ways lower, this was to make up for the camber of the road. this made the truck sit flat on the road, helped with steering and saved a sh#t load on tyers.

could be the same thing with cars.

Looking into this it seems that most of our springs (Kings) are actually around 5mm higher for the drivers side, however they are not marked Driver or Passenger, it just takes a quick measure to confirm...
