my headlights only work with the switch in the AUTO position and obviously when its dark enough.

Has anyone else had this issue? if so what was the problem? is it the switch?

I have resorted to some tape oer the auto sensor so I can have th elights on in dim light but need to fix it

If it is a BA/BF then there is a problem with the light sensor, if it is a FG then you need to go into the lighting menu and ajust the light settings.

Most likely the switch...but not the answer you want to hear :spoton:

How old is your car?

If it's an FG maybe the little man can fix it

He's talking about the headlights though, not the dash lights.
