ok well I went on a big drive but on the way home I notice my gauges,my premo sound and headlights are dimming my battrey is in the boot and it is earthed at the back of the car I herd that I should run the earth back up the front of the car is this rite oh and I get a bit of a wind as well and worse when a/c is on......05 xr6t

Id be checking all the fittings. Your alternator could be on the way out or the battery

how do I check it

start the car up wilba and then put a multimeter across the terminals - it should read 13.2 - 14.8 volts - any higher she stuffed any lower she stuffed

that means my battrey or alternator is rat sh*t

that means the alternator is rat sh*t

would a sh*ty earth cause this

well worth checking the earth mate, a bad earth can cause all sorts of issues
