Underdrive pulley and shorter belt? I don't think it can hurt, might get you a little extra by reducing the parasitic loss you get from powersteering, a/c etc.

Have you gone back for a re-tune after fitting the plenum?

I'd consider fitting stronger valve springs, and a stronger tune... changing the comp cover will aid top end, but loose response, where as a decent exhaust manifold should give more up top AND keep low response with the stock turbo...

nah not yet.. iv been puttin it around and keepign an eye on the boost guage. gettin all my stuff together. its booked in for the 15th though.. aww I didnt wanna loose the response.. I love the results of the plenum. but after these mods.. a new exhuast manifold is on the drawing board along with external wastegate.. but I dont really have an extra 1600 or so lying around for that

I would definately go a high mount manifold, get the bigger comp cover and some valve springs. power up higher is always good.

edit, definately go the external gate (if u can). way better, more accurate and better topend.
