Xr6t Coupe`

Was thinking randomly the other day and...

Is it just me or should ford make a coupe' (similar to monaro) but with the xr6t/typhoon engine, running gear etc in it. I personally think that would be a great car! What's everyone elses opinions?

It definitely would be a great car, but even more definitely ford is in no financial situation to build one. They can barely sell enough falcons with all fleet sales and family buyers so I can't imagine a coupe doing very well.

They should have made the GT Cobra a coupe now that would have been special.

Why make a coupe ?

Ford are losing money hand over fist and making a large coupe would not suite the masses.

The R&D that goes into making a Coupe would never result in a profit that Ford needs.

Look at the Monaro, it was dropped after a few years as they never sold enough to make money.

If you want a 2 door Falcon, buy a ute.

they should make it but they dont have the funds to so something that will more likely put them into more debt than get them out of it. Would love to see an XCcoupe with a typhoon motor in it

I think they're a waste of time, just like the Monaro.

These are big family cars. What's the point of a two door family car?

so we can have cars like in "mad max" 3 door xc? interceptor FTW..

if ever there was a 3 door falcon in the future it would have to be a limited run.. and by that..that usualy means 0% profit... and in this financial climate it will not happn...
