I absolutely promise you that's my thoughts. I promise.

I will, however, say one thing. The *beep* came in at a rough time. Still a cretin though.

Krudd has come out today and mentioned the budget D word ( deficit ) today as an adjunct to the economic stimulus package.

Apparently to be "spent" as opposed to invested on infrastructure projects. Alas no mention of what these will be.

We all know historically any Labour derived deficit will last for more than one budget cycle, brace yourselves here we go

Given the above, the perilous state of the NSW economy, the brilliant Wayne Swan is considering a request from Indonesia to provide

$3 Billion in financial aid. Absolutely beggars belief :crybaby:

Yeah the prevous government did put us in a good ecomonic position thanks to our local resources boom but they did not face anything half as bad as the current GMC.

Instead they had to take ove a failing economy and a huge defecit thanks to the last Union... sorry I mean Labour government.

Krudd is very critical of the NSW Govrnment's failures, yet he's offered nothing to help out (not even advice). This is mainly because the NSW mob is operating under standard Labour policy. NSW is a prime example of where Australia will be with Rudd at the helm for more than one term.

so, how effective is the billions in economic stimulus going to be when the most populous state is a train wreck and spiralling further out of control

Exactly. All these comments of how easy Howard had it because he governed during an economic boom, what about NSW Labour, they governed during the same period but couldn't have f*cked it up more if they wanted to.
