are Mal Woods CV's stronger than standards? or are they just standard ones? Able to shed some more light on them if they are different?

The CV Cage and star knuckle I have found and ordered looks very promising! They are made out of stronger material than the ford stuff.

Although I have not opted for the shafts made out of 300m, that might be a upgrade further down the track!

I haven't got them yet, but Mal says they are stronger than standard.

I believe Mal has a good reputation, won't sell crap and will stand behind his products.

I still would've needed to buy a drive shaft if I went down your path anyway so this was my best option. Time will tell

So...

in my research I have purchased these babies!

Specs in from the manufacturer are..

The Ball cages are made from 4140 then through hardened and shot peened.

The CV inner star knuckles are made from EN36A then case hardened to 0.45” case depth, sub zeroed and shot peened.

It would be fairly conservative to say these are something like 30% to 40% stronger than stock.
