Hey just wondering if all generic tunes are exactly the same no matter which dealer I get a flash 2 from???

If they get them straight from CAPA without changing the tunes, they will be the same, but a lot of tuners like to do their own. So it would would be best to ask your tuner of choice that question when you go edit shopping

I recently purchased a flash tuner2 for my BF xr6t.

set it to 10psi under boost it breaks up.

can anyone help me with this problem??

Mate your best course of action is to get a custom tune done, generics can be a bit hit and miss.

If it's not running right or pinging then don't use that tune or you could be up for quite a few $'s in repairs.

best to get the car custom tuned. and you probably need to change your

spark plugs and gap them to the right specs.

Mate , firstly do not run that tune until you get it on the Dyno to check it out. See the advertisers section for

a quality workshop to do this and a custome tune. FYI I live a few minutes from Intune and take my car to the other side

Yeh I re flashed it to 8psi,alot better,

but I might get a few more add ons and take it to TuneHouse

Mate of mine took his there and couldnt believe the difference!

I dont trust intune moto...

yes I got my flash2 from them today with Siemens 60 lb injectors and yes the 10 psi tune runs bad I put it in just to see how it would run, but the 8psi is good .

Is it a generic tune ? or a plug n play scaled for the new injectors ?

Seems you have been ripped. You didn't get what you paid for by the sounds of it. Take it back , get it sorted , or get your money back and take it elsewhere. A blown engine ain't cheap. Get the car on a dyno ASAP.Stay off the loud pedal until you do.
