I went to drive it this monring and it is pooring with rain... I accelerated a little and it broke traction a bit... once it did this the traction control light stayed on....which normally means the tractin is off??? I then tried pressing the traction button to turn traction control on again but the light would not turn off... it was doing nothing... I stopped turned the car off and started it again and the light would go on and off like normal.... but as soon as I accelerated and broke traction again the light would stay on and not go away.... I had to pull over again and turn the car off to make it right again.... does anyone know wat this problem could be??? any help would be awesome thankyou....

That's what it does if you leave the traction control on and spin the wheels for too long (3 secs - I could be wrong??)The traction control will then turn itself off, hence the light staying on. When you turn the car off, it resets itself. Just turn the traction control off every time you get in the car - or don't smoke the wheels in the rain!!
