So I was wondering what would be your dream wedding cars? or for the people who have been married, what cars did you have? Im thinking a mix of old school and new school Ford muscle cars.Cheers Judd Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/46973-wedding-cars-what-would-you-have/ Share on other sites

The type of car is pretty personal, but I always think a few of the same style and colour looks awesome, but at least 4 identical cars would look pretty sweet for photos! Dont think you'd get 4 old school GT's. It was bumble bee yellow with black stripes and had a tunnel ram 351. The look and sound was awesome. After the ceremony, we went to the reception in a couple of stretched Merc limos, all kitted out inside, with the XY running as an escort. As said, it's a personal choice, after all, it's your day. Posted 24/06/08 08:06 AM Share Posted 24/06/08 08:06 AM My brother inlaw owns the injected 347 in the middle and his mate had the other, full resto and immac!I can't find mine atm, but I had an ecclectic mix of power and luxury. The wife arrived in a Merc S500 with reclining rear seats. Now me, well I left my tie at home, lucky I my mate was driving me in his 378rwkw R33 Skyline, My best man was in a Turboed 11 sec 240z and and Dad rode in a 320rwkw S6 Rx7! Maybe look at hiring out a pair of nice cars for the weekend to enjoy. If you go the Turbo route, I am sure there are heaps of guys here who would do it in a flash. recoop Member 25 Member For: 17y 6m 12d Posted 24/06/08 08:27 AM Share Posted 24/06/08 08:27 AM Congrats on the bold move Judd. We had only one XY GT as we couldn't find another car for hire on the same day, and nobody owns two!!! at the time to match it. It was a totally original car in white with the usual stripes and shaker. The wife arrived in it, and we let for photos in the car after the service absolutely sideways in a cloud of smoke. The owner wasn't scared to give it some when you asked him. That was 10 years ago, and I still think I would choose the same type of car now if I were to have the choice.
