I am trialing a graphite composite gasket from the head to the manifold, because it has some give in it as opposed to the factory steel gasket I think it will go a long way in reducing the vibration in the entire turbo system which should stop the studs and nuts coming loose as often as they do now.

Just weld the f*ckers (and hope you never have to take then off)

On the serious note, how are these things done on other cars? I'm sure that not every turbo car needs it's exhaust manifold and turbo bolts tightened with every service.
