That's generally how it works. If a standard BF MKII XR6T is badged at 245kw at the fly, they should expect on average 182rwkw. If an F6 is badged at 270kw at the fly, they should expect on average 200rwkw. If you look at all of the standard readouts from most of these two cars, they're quite similar. As we know they're all different, coz F6's usually pull 210rwkw to 230rwkw stock (depending on the dyno too) but every car is different, obviously.

Can someone who dyno's these things put their 2 cents in?

wrong.

I compare a lot of my customers dyno results with the hp rating of the turbo and generally I find average driveline loss is around 17%.

9 times out of 10 the dyno figures work out frighteningly close to the rated hp of a turbo

Correct.

there's no way in hell you're getting a 34% loss of power through the driveline, 15-20% is MUCH more realistic.

XR6Ts make 200rwkws and 'Phoons make 225rwkws, if it doesn't there's something wrong.

A friend of mine spotted a fleet of FGs at a hotel in Adelaide, mainly all XRs, utes and sedans...

they could be the test fleet for all the motoring mags...

The reason they have the old 302 engine plate on them is because the power numbers are still a secret, and the proper number won't be fitted until release. The same reason the FPV's have 2 sets of side indicators, cause the production versions will have a chrome badge with a power figure on it where the indicator is on the guard in the show cars. Also like the F6X 270 badges, the F6 sedan and ute will have the power figure after the F6, so expect F6 300 on the doors and bootlid.
