March 9, 200818 yr #1 Long time reader, first post....What to do, I am trading a BA manual phoon on the above,,,,Or should I wait for FG F6..??F6's will not be called typhoons anymore..?? Is that right??Your thoughts dudes
March 9, 200818 yr #3 I wouldnt pay the price for the F6X which really is just a TT with FPV badges, where the R spec is a different car and worth the coin.
March 9, 200818 yr #4 I was going to wait for the FPV Territory, I am glad I diddnt.I have heard about people being quoted $87,000 onrad for a 7 seat version. I doubt there will be many silly people to pay that sort of coin for a TTG with brakes, seats and different wheels.FPV must be kidding themselves if they think this will be a popular car. We will see them go to the Force 6/8 discounting bin.I would either get the R-Spec or be one of the first with a FG. Personally the gadgets in the FG is enough to make me want to upgrade.
March 9, 200818 yr #5 Out of those options I would go with the RSPEC or if you can hold out long enough the FG. If you are looking to mod though, it may be worth getting the RSPEC over the FG.
March 9, 200818 yr #6 I wouldnt pay the price for the F6X which really is just a TT with FPV badges, where the R spec is a different car and worth the coin. The wheels on them are a joke too
March 9, 200818 yr #9 It's 'Horses for courses'... What do you want to do with the car?If you're after people's own opinions then mine would be to get the current Rspec Typhoon. You should be able to get a very competitively priced model at the moment and for the coin their great value Personally I don't like the FX6. I like the Territory's for what they are but they just don't appeal to me as a 'FPV'. It's like HSV bringing out the HSV VXR. I have my own opinions on what makes a HSV or an FPV and people movers and front wheel drive cars aren't on the list, but that's just me and my opinion. The price of the Territory is absolutely absurd, and their will definately be no discounts on the new FG.Not sure if that helped...
