The pics I have are 1280 X 960 and 364KB.. Pardon my ignorance but how do I reduce them.? I took some photo's at 3mega pixels.Still had to reduce it and then scale back the picture to get it under the allowable size.All I can suggest is you take a photo at a low resolution.
