Mate, I went from 211rwkw stock to 242rwkw (stock 4spd auto). What the numbers dont tell is how much stronger the car feels throughout the rev range, the increase to the area under the power curve was massive.

I think it depends a lot on the car & the tuner.

My 03 BA made 186rwkw stock then after a custom tune by my first tuner it made only 206rwkw.

Naturally I was pretty disappointed especially when the guy said all BA's are different & that mine was one of the bad ones (valve springs).

Anyway drove it around like that for around 6 months when the bug to mod it hit me again. So I brought a Monza cooler & took it to another tuner just to make sure it was all safe. Long story short I drove out of there with 263.5rwkw with safe afr's & no valve spring flutter. I never went back to the other tuner again.

as stated NOS, there are alot of variables with these cars - as you would know, but I think on a completely stock car, 35-40rwkw would be achievable.

Good results guys, so would I be wrong for thinking about 35 to 45 rwkw is a normal result?

I would say your on the money
