Video Editing

Im after a simple video editing program to do something simple like blur a number plate... what are other people using?

I have yet to see a simple/cheap editing system that can do it.

Blurring your plates is not as easy as you think.

You need to be able to animate (not the Cartoon type). which your movie maker and imovie dont have the capability.

If you dont want people to see your plates take them off or cover them when you are doing some thing naughty.

Just got Premiere Pro CS3 in at work, now that's got some fun toys.

If you have used editing software before you can download a trial version from Adobe and have a go.

I have Adobe Premiere 6.5 and I do not think ever this software can do it.

I have some black plastic covers for my plates for any track work. Saves a heap of time when editing + no one else can get your plates.

While this will not help on the orad, you should not be doing this type of thing there anyways.

I use Avid Liquid 7 and that can do it. As mentioned you will still have to anmate this to follow the plate though.
