I work for a Ford Dealer as an FPV sales consultant. If you ordered the Sport Steering Wheel option and they have fitted the FPV (FAT) steering wheel you have the right wheel fitted. The MOMO option is the same price as the Sports Steering wheel option. So realistically tell the dealer to go and jump as you have exactly what you ordered in your vehicle.

They are exactly the same except for the little 5cent FPV logo on the bottom, which doubles it's price.

As of BF Mk II the 5 Cent FPV badge no longer exists, so therefore the FPV Wheel and the Sports Steering wheel are exactly the same! I do agree though tell them to GAGF!!!!!

I still reckon it's a rip-off anyways.

I have BA mk1 and when we ordered, I stipulated the MOMO wheel, at that point a 660 dollar option. The dealer said to me, I'll save you 300 bucks and you can get a better wheel.

He showed me an XR8 that had the sports wheel. It was, then, a 380 dollar option.

Now it's over 700 bucks. Ford are arse rapers of the worst kind!

tell them they can have it back for its full retail replacement cost from the Ford options catalogue.. about $950 from memory if its the one im thinking of??

I would say the same thing they say to you.

they get out the delevery slip you and the dealer sign at the time of pickup and they say you signed for it mate you should have seen the dent.

so you say to them the same thing I signed for it at the inspection the dealer did too. its mine feck off....
