Also now there is turbo flutter on almost every gear change since the noise begun.Ford checked it out on my last service and could not find a problem.Any ideas ?.....Mike.

Seriously sounds like a air leak somewhere. Turbo manifold bolts a notorious for coming loose or out all together. Also the rubber joiner from TB to X-over, if it's pinched could give similar noises.

I never heird and leaks before but my T is all sweet now.

They put my car on the dyno and on theirs my car made 303rwkw, which is a huge difference to 364rwkw from Tunehouse.CV said that the actuator was holding the boost so I got a custom tune and problem solved car now making 325.5rwkw feels awsome down low now. Noticed that the turbo comes on boost really hard and breaks traction up to 3rd gear feels fantastic to drive. I can't believe the difference in dyno ouputs 60kws is a bit of a joke.I highly recomend CV performance to anyone they really know their stuff when it comes to xr6t's.Cheers Alf
