January 8, 200719 yr #1 hi again all.how are u all today? I seem to have alot of brake dust on my front wheels after about aweek,I guess it is using the pads that ford service is using.can anyone let my know.....whats pads seem to be the best to use with not as much brake dust? (I still have standard xr6t twin pistons front brakes)how much do they cost?any help would be great and I thank u all.
January 8, 200719 yr #2 I can't remember but the place where my car is serviced recommended a certain type, was more expensive but not they rock with bugger all brake dust. The service guys should be able to tell you or any brake specialists.
January 9, 200719 yr #3 I have ferodos and they are worse than the stockers for dust..work well but and the dust doesn't bother me.but for minimal dust give them a miss

January 10, 200719 yr #5 HiIf you dont like brake dust be sure to steer well clear of bendix ultimates. They make about a thousand times more dust than standard, although I'm startin to like the look of my now black front wheels.
January 10, 200719 yr #6 HAHAHa on my old car I had ROH Furys powdercoated them white and was using Bendix ultimates.... It was a nightmare... might aswell kept them shadow chrome hehehhee.... as instro said keep clear of them
February 22, 200719 yr #7 Mate:Try RB74 pads from Racebrakes - competition pad rated hotter than ultimates with far far less dust. All but fade free but not quite as much instant bite when cold as the ultimates.
