Drink as much water as you can fit in before you go to bed..

You'll wake up several times throughout the night to do a piss, and drink as much water as possible each time.

Only works if you remember to do it, so don't pass out like I did last night...

I agree with this but have been caught out pissing in the stereo and out the bedroom window so dont forget to be awake when you need to piss. my missus reckons I get up to all sorts of mischief when I'm leggless

The father of a mate of mine got up during the night after a night on the slops, opened the wardrobe door and pissed in the wardrobe. Worst part for him was he opened the door to his wifes side of the wardrobe and pee'e on her clothes. Cost him over $2000, cause she threw everything out and bought new clothes. If you think that's cheap for new womens clothes, this was back in the 80's.

I usually try and eat heaps greasy food, bacon and eggs, kfc, etc etc. I cant really taste anything though. oh and sometimes I just go back to sleep and hope it goes away.

I think taking redbull, pain killers etc is pretty bad, especially since your not su pposed to mix alcohol with the above
