From a quick glance of the story it looks as though the billion dollar babies didn't do to well.

The Bogan special 's brakes were gone after 1 lap of the circuit. Even the GTS had brake fade and handling issues. Not something you'd expect from an $80k car.

That only means Expensive Daewoo have run out of advertising cash... a billion bucks wont stretch as far as it used to.

I think that Motor/Wheels printed the propperganda from Holden/HSV for the first 2 months, then tested the car and found they were not as good as they were told.

Either that or the testers got a normal Holden/HSV and not a "special" as is usually the case.

Pity a Manual F6 was not included, or it would have bumped the HSV even further down the list

I dont understand why they always test a mannual and auto version of the xr6t..

do they do the same with the other cars??

most of the cars on the list do not get a choice in gearboxes
