Changing Gearbox Oil

Where do you buy Transmax Z in Brisy, and where can I get it changed?

I would like to do it tommorrow, I know it is a long shot, otherwise I will buy some and hit up Goldie.

Get the car on to 4 stands so you can get under it.

I made this filling tool a few years ago at work. Put the oil in, screw the top on and use compressed air. A bike pump will do

I will look at getting a mate to make up one of these out of an old Gas bottle. But until then I will just use a bloody big syringe.

The only question I know have is, the reverse light, how does it work, as I would hate to screw it in to far and not gbe able to select reverse, or not screw it in enough and not have reverse lights.

Hopefully the T is more high tech and this will not be an issue.

If you fill them from the so called filler plug you WONT get enough oil into your gearbox. You need to put in 4 litres and you can only do it from the speedo drive.

Dont worry I fully intend to only put 4 litres in. Wheteher it goes in thropugh the fill plug, or the reverse switch. I will find out tommorrow when I am under the car.
