They are Greek fans at a Panathinaikos basketball game, but the same tune is sung/chanted at various sports in different countries including soccer games albeit with different words that match the team they supporting...

Here is the english translation...

There is a flip side to having such vocal supporters though, these are the same people who pelt the players with coins when they lose. I guess the moral of the story is, don't lose.
