Before I went there, I too had trouble locating it. Some seem to have issues with the fact that it's fully synthetic

Castrol Tranzmax Z is T-56 synchro friendly too.

Well put 2l in it then and see how you go or is that a veiled sledge at the cog swappers

2.2 liters was the most it was willing to take, after that it just poured out of the filler hole,

2.2 litres for the T5, Ford say 4.8 for the T56, we use a neat 4 litres. Ben.
